The smart device must meet the following system specifications and compatible models to use the CareSens Air app and Sens 365 app.

  • You can find the smart devices that have passed our compatibility test by clicking 'View Compatible Models' below. The app may not work properly on smart devices that have not been tested for compatibility.
  • Set the date and time automatically from the Settings menu of your smart device. If the date and time are not set automatically, you must set them manually if you travel to a different time zone.
  • Do not install the app on a smart device that has been tampered with through hacking. The app may not work properly.
  • Smartwatch app support may be limited in some regions.

CareSens Air continuous glucose monitoring system is for diabetes mellitus (type 1,2) management in people aged 18 years and over. If current sensor readings or alerts do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make treatment decisions. A compatible smart device is required.
